At DJ Level Up, we're confident in the quality of our courses and coaching. This policy outlines our refund terms and your rights as a student.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you're not satisfied with your course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment.
To qualify for a refund:
- Request must be made within 7 days of course purchase
- Contact us at courses@djcrosstalk.com with your order details
- You may have completed any portion of the course
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
After the 7-Day Period
After the 7-day guarantee period expires, refunds are not available under normal circumstances. This policy allows us to maintain high-quality content and deliver value to all students.
Exceptions: We may consider refunds after 7 days only in the following cases:
- Technical issues that prevent course access (that we cannot resolve)
- Course content significantly differs from what was described
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion
Live Coaching Sessions
For courses that include live coaching sessions (like the Level Up Coaching Experience):
- The 7-day refund guarantee applies before the first live session
- Once you attend the first live coaching session, the refund period ends
- Missed sessions do not qualify for partial refunds
- Session recordings are provided for students who cannot attend live
Refund Processing Time
- Refund requests are processed within 2-3 business days
- Refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Upon refund, your course access will be immediately revoked
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Course materials downloaded or saved after the refund period
- One-on-one coaching calls that have been completed
- Services or resources consumed after the refund period
- Promotional or discounted courses marked as "non-refundable"
- Accounts terminated for violating Terms of Service
Course Transfers
If you're unable to participate in your enrolled cohort, we may allow you to transfer to a future cohort at no additional cost. Contact us at least 7 days before your course starts to request a transfer. Transfers are subject to availability and approval.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We work hard to resolve any issues directly with students. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended and you will be unable to access any purchased courses. Please reach out to us first so we can work together to resolve your concern.
Promotional and Early Bird Pricing
Promotional pricing and early bird discounts are time-sensitive offers. If you purchase at a promotional price and request a refund, you will not be able to re-purchase at that price once the promotion expires. Our refund policy applies the same to all purchases regardless of pricing.
